OFIFRAN receives the award for excellence in design in the furniture category for the CHANNEL collection of executive armchairs designed by Florenzo Dorigo.
Organized annually by the Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design in cooperation with the European Center for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies and Metropolitan Arts Press, Ltd., the GOOD DESIGN® Awards, celebrating its 71st anniversary this year, are the most prestigious and oldest in the world.
In 2021, several thousand innovative designers and companies from more than 55 countries have entered the competition. An international panel of experts in different disciplines has awarded more than 1,100 products and graphic designs that have been chosen not only for their aesthetic merit, but also for the materials used, the level of craftsmanship, the structure, ergonomics, innovation, sustainability, and functionality.
